]]> 2012-02-01T12:00:30+00:00 Deadline for 5th Annual Music City Songwriting Competition http://www.bmi.com/events/entry/555146 Singer-Songwriter, Nashville, Industry The Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is announcing its fifth annual Music City Songwriting Competition. The competition will accept entries from November 1, 2011-January 31, 2012 and is open to amateur songwriters only.

Songs may be submitted on CD to Music City Songwriting Competition, P.O. Box 190633, Nashville, TN 37219 or as an MP3 file online at www.americansongspace.com/contest/musiccity2011.

Submission fee for the first song is $25. Each additional song is $15.

The Nashville CVB is proud to partner with Craig Morgan, Black River Entertainment, SIRIUS/XM Satellite Radio, American Songwriter Magazine, Durango, NowPlayingNashville.com, GAC, Southwest Airlines, f.y.e., and Renaissance Nashville Hotel to make it all happen.
